2. Guest Checkout & Accuracy

LadyLookz operates a guest checkout model. You are responsible for ensuring that all contact details (Full Name, 10-digit Phone Number, Email, and 6-digit Pincode shipping address) provided during checkout are accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.

3. Payment Options & Token COD Policy

LadyLookz supports two primary payment methods processed securely via Cashfree Payments:

• Full Online Payment (FULL_ONLINE): Pay the complete order amount online using UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or NetBanking.
• Token Payment + Cash on Delivery (TOKEN_COD): Pay a fixed advance token amount of ₹ 200.00 online via Cashfree to confirm your order, with the remaining balance payable in cash upon delivery.

4. Order Verification & Tracking

Once an order is successfully confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation containing a unique Order Number. You can check your order status anytime through our public Order Lookup page by entering your Phone Number and Order Number.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Support
